We plant vegetables, herbs, trees, grass, flowers and so much more. Time and effort are spent on watering and nourishing the seed(s) and the outcome is usually good. The point is we are what we feed ourselves mentally and I am asking you to try the following for the next fourteen days:
Let’s plant the best mental seed possible by believing nothing but goodness of ourselves and others who are not kind to us.
Let’s be gentle to the mind by believing and accepting we are good enough and we are the words we feed ourselves.
Let’s look in the mirror and mentally plant a beautiful facial expression.
Let’s understand that beauty comes from time, effort and proper treatment.
Remember, if you have a bad day, relax and continue the process. Some words we could speak silently to ourselves to grow beautifully:
I accept me.
I love me.
I matter and others matter.
I will treat others as I treat myself, so be gentle and kind.
I am amazing because I believe in me.
We create the outcome of our lives. Let’s plant and create a beautiful outcome to life. How will you rise? I am here and listening.
