What Mental Seeds will you continue to water? Positive or Negative?

It’s a new year.
Are you silently focusing on “I hate my job (possible opportunities won’t appear), I hate my relationship (the mind is closed and won’t see the great relationships surrounding you), I hate school (you are missing all the opportunities school has to offer), I hate my body (you have control over your body), my life sucks (you have closed all possibilities)?” The list is endless……
Planting negative seeds will not produce beautiful results. As you know, if you buy seeds and do not plant them or nourish what you plant, nothing happens, and it’s the same with your mind.
How do you begin and then continue to water the seeds to produce great results?
First, our day starts the night before by planning and clearing the mind of all the daily junk. Create a plan. Prepare meals for two days (a start), workout two days (a start), choose outfits for two days, plan study times, and social media time.
Second, repetitiveness contributes to the outcomes you will see daily. Take a calendar and write down all you want to have accomplished by the end of each week and month and PLEASE be reasonable with your goals and objectives.
I will check on your progress via my weekly blogging.

We are stronger together. How will you rise? I am here and listening.

  1. Hello
    I try daily to plant positive mind seeds but my bills are over my weekly pay. I work in the fast food industry and have to deal with a not mentally together boss, crazy employees and crazy customers so how do I start?

  2. Hello;
    I want to thank you for visiting my site and continue to check in weekend for new information. Let’s start with your bills. You can definitely plant good seeds by writing down all debt and FOCUSing on a plan. For example,
    rent = $1,000
    food = $300
    gas = $180 —–electricity $140 —–transportation $180
    TOTAL $1,800 PAY $1,200 —–this is based on monthly
    Now for the savings
    weekly —–eat out (coffee, bagel, soda, chips etc.) (McDonald’s sandwich) (evening stops neighborhood restaurants) about $45 and this is on the low side —TOTAL $180/monthly
    pedicure/manicure $40 (low side)—–TOTAL $80/monthly
    party outfits $100/monthly and on the low side —–$100
    A $360 MONTHLY SAVINGS and this is only a quick snapshot to get a visual.
    SECONDLY—as my post always and always practice looking in the mirror and focus on building self and not adding negative energy to your life from coworkers.
    I hope this gives you a start.
    Always here to listen. You can also email me and we could continue this conversation.

    1. Michelle, thanks for tuning in and continue to check in weekly for updated blogs.
      I say DON’T TRY just DO!
      If you try, you will try in everything you do always.
      If you do, you will ALWAYS move forward in a positive direction! Because, doing is ACTION!!!!
      Always reach out.

  3. Hi Patricia
    I choose to be positive in whatever season I’m in at this time in my life.
    With negative thoughts come anxiety and stress. So I refuse to add that on to the concerns I already have.
    Instead of thinking on the negative I think about how blessed I am. I watch the news and thank Jesus its not my family and the I began to pray for others.
    Im enjoying this site it makes me think deeper.
