Focus, Breath, Relax and Stretch

Where we place our focus, the experience appears. We have to change the focus to reach a different outcome. If we want to be healthy, confident, and mentally strong, we have to direct the attention on what we want rather than what we are lacking or do not have.

  • Calm the body, relax, inhale, hold the breath on a count of four, exhale very slowly and repeat this exercise four times and strength.
  • Focus on this exact moment, now, think of joy, peace, smile, think of happy moments, the last time you had a good laugh with friends, something crazy and funny.
  • Oops, draining thoughts have entered the mind, such as taking the final exam, not having graduation, leaving college with massive student loan debt, not having a job, losing a job, losing a home, etc.
  • Stop the thoughts that allow negative energy to emerge into the body and bring the mind back to this very moment and health, release all the none effective thoughts.
  • Keep the mind in a calm state, and continue to focus on what we want, health, etc.

Practice breathing and stretching daily and pay attention to the stress to learn and manage.

Acknowledge that good and positive thoughts have healthy benefits. 

Once thoughts are elevated, energy is lifted. Try a clean thought process for a week, and let me know your feelings.
