Paying attention to What is being manifested

The information in this blog will provide valuable insight regarding everything the brain consumes, including thoughts and external factors, such as food, that will directly impact the manifestation outcome.

Let’s start by understanding manifestation to reap the benefits and advantages for an excellent, desirable outcome.

There are several definitions of manifestation. One is the public display of emotion, feeling, or something made real. Another is turning a specific desired outcome into reality through focused visualization, unwavering belief, and intentional action.

Every thought becomes an outcome in life. Proverbs 23:7, “As he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” 

Positive thinking alone will not bring manifestation. It is essential to take proactive steps towards your goals. If you want happiness, make more money, seek more fulfilling career or a fulfilling relationship, etc. the following steps may be helpful:

  • Defining goals by writing down what you truly desire in a career, relationship, happiness, or financial situation for one year, three years, and five years to determine the outcome. 
  • Planning strategies break down goals into smaller, actionable steps that can be achieved.
  • Vividly imagine powerful feelings and develop clear images of achieving the goal and living the desired reality.
  • Repeating this process three times daily, do the necessary work to achieve the goal, and continue until manifestation develops.
  • Using positive affirmations is also beneficial in replacing doubtful thoughts and beliefs. Repeat empowering statements to yourself regularly, such as knowing you can achieve the desired outcome.
  • Cultivating a daily gratitude practice is another effective technique. Focus on acknowledging and appreciating life’s blessings and positive aspects. Regularly expressing gratitude for what you have shifts your mindset towards abundance and attracts more positivity.
  • Surrounding yourself with uplifting and positive influences is crucial. Spending time with supportive, like-minded individuals who inspire and motivate. If there are no uplifting people in your surroundings, seek inspiration from books, positive blogs, videos promoting positive thinking, and other sources.
  • While there is no direct scientific evidence linking a sugar diet to slowing down manifestation, it is essential to maintain a healthy diet. Consuming excessive sugar can negatively affect mental clarity and energy levels.

Below are a few examples of negative thoughts and their impact on manifestation. It’s important to remember that everyone’s vision and concept of negative thoughts may vary:

Self-doubt Believing that you are not capable or worthy will manifest negative outcomes.

Pessimism Constantly expecting the worst outcomes in situations will keep negativity present in your life.

Self-criticism – Engaging in negative self-talk (“I am stupid,” “I cannot do this,” etc.) will hinder manifestation.

Envy – Feeling resentful towards others for their accomplishments will prevent positive manifestation.

Guilt– Dwelling on past mistakes or what you should have done differently will keep you stuck in the past.

It is important to remember that manifestation is the process of transforming desires and thoughts into reality. The above examples illustrate how certain ideals and feelings could lead to negative manifestations in life.

Understanding how negative feelings affect the manifestation journey can guide toward adopting different behaviors. Each person’s journey is unique, so finding what works best may take time and experimentation. Be patient and committed to personal growth and well-being for the best manifestation.

Aligning thoughts, beliefs, actions, and energy is critical to achieving your desired goals. With dedication, persistence, and self-belief, it is possible to manifest positive outcomes in life.

I can relate to this personally. A few years ago, I found myself in a challenging job that tested my skills and patience. I constantly doubted myself and felt stressed, which led to panic attacks. The stress from my job and ongoing job search negatively impacted my mental well-being. However, with continued efforts, I eventually found a new job.

Before starting my new job, I committed myself to approaching it with determination, a positive mindset, and a hunger for growth. Even though the new position was demanding, I engaged in positive self-talk, continuously reminding myself of my potential to make a difference. This practice profoundly impacted my mindset and led to positive outcomes in my work.

What did I do differently? Here are a few things:

  • I maintained a positive mindset before starting a new job.
  • I studied the job description, did research through books and online resources, and prepared myself adequately.
  • Once I started the job, I actively participated in training, took notes, asked questions, and committed to succeeding.

From my personal experience, I know that manifestation is real.

Take a moment to pause and reflect on your current state of life and the emotions within. Identify steps you can take to enhance your situation further. Stay attuned to the results you want to manifest. Express gratitude and appreciation for your current situation, and believe that positive thoughts can lead to different outcomes.
