Accomplishing All That Is Possible When Feeling Good and Confident

In full disclosure, I am not a doctor, a therapist, giving advice, or associated with any health facility. I am sharing my thoughts. Always consult with your doctor or healthcare provider for any guidance.

Take a moment to check in on your current feelings.

How do you feel at this moment? Are you happy, sad, empty, or disappointed, as if something is absent?

Feeling happy may increase positive emotions such as joy, contentment, satisfaction, and fulfillment. As a result, a sense of well-being and pleasure produces positive internal feelings, which influence accomplishments, activities, individual outlooks on life, and the internal drive of MANIFESTION.

Feeling sad contributes to experiencing various emotions, such as anger, sorrow, grief, guilt, confusion, loneliness, or disappointment. Acknowledge and recognize the feelings to keep at bay and not continue over a long period. Staying in touch with friends and family or religious figures is important. Seek professional help if needed to deal with the feelings that may lead to depression. Taking all necessary measures to guarantee a healthier mental state is essential.

Feeling empty or hollow is similar as both convey a lack of substance, which may be characterized as a sense of emptiness stemming from a lack of purpose, fulfillment, or connection. Loneliness could arise during times of loss, disconnection from others, or while struggling with anxiety. One may want to seek professional help to bring joy back into life.

Feeling as if something is missing could indicate a sense of incompleteness or absence in one’s life or circumstances. Longing for something not currently present, fulfilled, or having the purpose of meaning or connection often suggests a desire for something more.

Recognizing and comprehending the difference between the above emotions and understanding the results stemming from feeling good, secure, positive, at ease, liberated, joyful, and happy is the time to strive to accomplish all you want during those moments.

Should you wish to exercise, consider walking, jogging, weightlifting, climbing stairs, performing chair exercises to work the leg muscles, and moving the body in any way that brings joy to the heart because being physically healthy improves the mood.
