I once read,
“LET YOUR FAITH ROAR SO LOUD THAT YOU CAN’T HEAR WHAT DOUBT IS SAYING.”
There was a period in my life when I spent much of my time talking about things I could not change, talking about people and how they made me feel and allowed all the chatter around me enter into my mind. I begin to operate on doubt and allowed it to become a part of my daily life.
As in todays time, the world is different, life is different and we are allowing the doubt to take up resident in our minds. Yes, it will take time for the world to look as it once did (if every) due to the Pandemic.
We have choices as I had to learn. It’s up to us to acknowledge the ways we allow doubt to enter into our lives and ask, WHAT ARE WE FEARFUL OF? And, know that doubt/fear can be removed with different beliefs and thoughts.
- Stay connected to good emotions because good emotions drive positive attitudes.
- Each morning for five minutes, be grateful for all you have and all the world has to offer.
- Find something positive each day to be joyful of and thankful for.
- Reflect back on all you have accomplished and accept those good emotions.
- Give yourself credit for all you have learned in this difficult time, (operating technology).
- Stay optimist and inspire someone daily.
- WATCH THE NEWS EVERY OTHER DAY, if not less to generate a good emotional vibe.
Many of us are glued to the television or have the news app to stay connected with every moment of the Coronavirus. This news is received through our conscious mind which is translated to the subconscious mind which delivers doubt, uncertainty and restless nights.
Take a moment to reflect on all the changes we have adapted to and know we have nothing to fear. A quote from our 32nd President, Franklin D. Roosevelt, first inauguration speech, “Nothing to fear but fear itself.”
We will continue to have struggles, and we will continue to get through them together.
As always, remember,
We are Stronger Together; How Will You Rise? I am here and listening.

Faith is the beginning of living. Stepping out on faith changed my life. It was if there was a world that I had never seen before. I chose to open the door of my heart, the door was being knocked on continuously over the years. Once I open my heart I had to ask myself what took me so long to answer the door.
Jesus has proven himself over and over again and I trust in him completely. Staying positive about the future takes FAITH.
First and foremost, I want to thank you for your time in reading this blog. Your time is valuable, and I appreciated you and your time. Thank you!
You hit it on the nail, “Faith is the beginning of Living.”
Everything begins in mind; what we believe in will appear. We believe in love; it develops, we believe in health, it shows up, we occupy space with crap, and it becomes visible, etc. Therefore, believing without a shadow of doubt will ALWAYS produce goodness and happiness!
I now understand that it happens. We you are stuck in your ways and thinking you have all together. When it takes someone to let you in on a secret that it is not intentional it is part of a learned behaviour. I did think I was doing anything but worrying about my children, but I guess you think your being fearful when it is fear. It takes someone who cares and can identify that I can change . Thanks for your loving words and kindness.
You are an amazing woman, mother, and person! None of us are exempt from being stuck in our ways. I like to say stuck with the thoughts we create mentally. Sharing and having discussions opens the mind to greater possibilities. Thanks for sharing!
