What Mental Seeds are We Planting (Part 2)?

Let’s work together and plant seeds that will produce the best version of life we want in 2020 which is slowly approaching and three weeks away. Let’s get started:

  1. Make a list of all the things accomplished in 2019.
  2. Make a list of all the things wanted and not accomplished.
  3. What were the delays and how were they handled?
  4. How did the thought process play a role?

Life will ALWAYS throw a curveball causing us to feel as if we are in a downward spin. Curveballs happen and how we react is important. A pitch comes quick and fast and is over. Unexpected situations happen and DO NOT last forever, unless we keep the attention on the missed opportunity.

We may strike out but other opportunity are close and we always get another chance!

Let’s take care of the seeds we are planting:

  1. Losing weight in 2020, be specific, set realistic goals and pay attention to the growth. Focus on losing six pounds in one month rather than fifty pounds in three months.
  2. Celebrate each accomplishment by making healthy choices.
  3. Meal prep weekly (takes about four hours), so shop Saturdays and prep Sundays.
  4. Eat two cups of vegetables daily (baby steps).
  5. Drink water with each meal and keep a bottle in the back pack, the car, on the desk, kitchen table and drink up (baby steps).
  6. Move by walking, standing, sitting on the floor and getting up and move when talking on the telephone (baby steps).

Let’s watch the seeds grow beautifully and remove any weeds that will delay the growth (remove the negative naysayers).

How will we rise? I am here and listening!
